Purushotham develops resources and training for supervision of clergy and is responsible for the establishment of networks of supervision, consultative services for church leaders regarding pastoral supervision and clergy/family support systems, and the development of resources for ministry assessment. |

She also maintains records for all students enrolled in these courses and reports their progress to boards of ordained ministry. |
